Way back in in 2007, I started Blogging, when I was a on many design teams for craft companies, with what I made being shown on showcases on Create & Craft TV. Joanna Sheen, Crafters Companion, Sara Davies is currently on Strictly come dancing and Dragons Den. Katy Sue Designs to name a few. I then became an accredited Demonstrator for Crafters Companion. So I decided it was time to start a new blog and leave all those years of makes over on Enjays Craft Pages
Now moving on to 2021... in 2022 my cake business The Jolliffe Cake Company is in its 10th year! An Award Winning, Fully Registered and Insured Business. Which is where you will find all I do, as a profession.
This blog, is purely for my love of baking. I have been adding pictures on Instagram for sometime , so thought I share recipes and inspiration. Find them on Instagram @hug_on_a_plate
Recipes and pictures of what I make, on a budget, some will also be suitable for people following a weight loss plan, but mainly to feed a family.
I am Vegetarian, but that is my choice, for my family, its up to them to decide. Mother of 3, 2 have left school and one now in 6th form.
So grab a cuppa and a blanket and come on in and hope you enjoy what I cook, as much as I do making it!
